7. Payment Terms
Free tier users have access to basic features. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
RevMenu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
